Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to define and advance the enterprise MRO strategy across materials, parts, and contracted services. You will shape category roadmaps, align demand, and manage the supplier ecosystem to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

This role reports to Interim Procurement Leadership and targets measurable savings in a S2P environment, with a salary range of 97,800–119,700 USD per year and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement required.
• 2 years of people leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise MRO category strategy and multi-year roadmap across materials, parts, equipment, and contracted trade services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for MRO service providers, including market assessment, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation.
• Develop contracting frameworks balancing total cost, uptime, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive savings targets with Finance and Procurement using data-driven analyses and savings pipelines.
