Aspen One seeks a Director of Procurement Excellence to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and a scalable Source-to-Pay environment. You will drive Coupa optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations to realize value and savings across the organization.

The role manages three direct reports and reports to the Senior Director of Shared Services, with a budgeted salary range and bonus eligibility for salaried roles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, Source-to-Pay, or related functions with leadership.
• Experience with Coupa and data analytics is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set the enterprise Procurement Excellence strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and evolve the procurement operating model and governance framework.
• Partner to align sourcing strategies with systems, data, and governance.
• Own the procurement tech strategy and roadmap, including Coupa optimization.
