Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager of Payment and Distribution Partnerships, Mobile Business Development, to lead expansion of alternative monetization and distribution across mobile games. You will shape 3PP strategy, drive deals, and scale partner ecosystems while navigating evolving payment and distribution regulations.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, or related field.
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience growing revenue-generating business lines.
- Experience managing commercial negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play business models and mobile monetization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-growth monetization opportunities from evolving app store policies and regulations.
- Develop business cases and revenue forecasts to support growth targets.
- Expand Ubisoft's 3PP ecosystem across new use cases, games, and platforms.
- Lead full lifecycle of strategic deals from sourcing to implementation and performance tracking.
- Build and activate a high-impact partner portfolio to generate incremental revenue.
