Job summary

Amazon Annapurna Labs in Austin seeks a Sr. Manager ASIC to lead the Cloud Scale Machine Learning Acceleration Team. You will drive cross-disciplinary decisions across RTL, timing, DFT and physical design, and ensure timely delivery of complex SOC milestones.

You will mentor engineers and partner with architecture, verification and design teams to advance high-performance ASICs powering AWS ML servers, balancing technical excellence with project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of equivalent experience in ASIC/SoC development.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successful tape-outs in leading-edge nodes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of SOC integration engineers responsible for critical deliverables in ML accelerator chips.
• Drive technical decisions across RTL, timing, DFT, physical design.
• Ensure on-time delivery of complex SOC integration milestones.
• Establish and maintain best practices for top-level integration, including clock/reset architecture, CDC methodology, and quality metrics.
• Interface with architecture, verification, and physical design teams.
