Senior Manager, Medicare Sales - Oklahoma City, OK

Are you passionate about the Medicare population and seeking a management role with the potential to impact your income? We are looking for licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team. The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales leads and motivates a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell individual health plans and educate beneficiaries in the field. Our teams also sell Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans.

This role covers the Oklahoma and Arkansas territories and is based in the Oklahoma City area.

The responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, training, motivating, and disciplining sales team members. The role requires a solid understanding of the market, operational problem-solving, and creative sales strategies following CMS guidelines. Building relationships with customers, partners, and the community through various interactions is essential. Additional duties involve managing marketing budgets, branding opportunities, and overseeing independent/contracted agents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Health Insurance license
  • 6+ years in the insurance industry
  • 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with laptops, mobile apps, Microsoft Office
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
  • Home internet with a minimum speed of 25x10 Mbps; satellite and wireless internet are not permitted
  • A dedicated, interruption-free workspace for handling PHI/HIPAA information
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Oklahoma/Arkansas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Medicare and health solutions industry
  • Community engagement and volunteerism
  • Project management certification or background
  • Bilingual in English and another language

Additional Information:

  • Language proficiency assessments may be required
  • Applicants may need to provide social security number for leader review

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $77,000 - $105,100 annually, plus potential commissions based on performance.
