The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales leads and motivates a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell individual health plans and educate beneficiaries in the field. Our teams also sell Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans.

This role covers the Oklahoma and Arkansas territories and is based in the Oklahoma City area.
The responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, training, motivating, and disciplining sales team members. The role requires a solid understanding of the market, operational problem-solving, and creative sales strategies following CMS guidelines. Building relationships with customers, partners, and the community through various interactions is essential. Additional duties involve managing marketing budgets, branding opportunities, and overseeing independent/contracted agents.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $77,000 - $105,100 annually, plus potential commissions based on performance.
