A leading health insurance company seeks a Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales to lead a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents. This role involves motivating the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales will supervise Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell theportfolio ofproducts offered to the Medicare population. In this role you be responsible for leading a team of 12-14 career sales agents to achieve sales/membership growth targets for your team’s aligned territory. Additional responsibilities will include: providing ongoing training to ensure product, compliance, sales processes and branding opportunities; monitoring sales results and trends; developing and tracking administrative and marketing budgets for the team; engaging with value-based providers and working with provider engagement and contracting teams to promote provider engagement with Humana and ensuring compliance and marketing guidelines associated with Medicare regulations are adhered to.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$77,000 - $105,100 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
