The position focuses on modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support cost management and performance improvements across value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in quantitative analysis, healthcare analytics, or medical economics.
• Deep subject matter expertise in value-based care, population health, and medical claims data.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, analysis.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and forecasts related to healthcare costs and utilization.
• Project future healthcare expenditures and evaluate financial impact of clinical initiatives.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and economic drivers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Clinical, Data Science to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate ROI of value-based care initiatives on cost and quality.
• Partner with Data Engineering to develop long-term data assets for analytics.
• Ensure analyses comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
