Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to lead technical and analytic efforts in a newly formed Finance Data Governance team. This individual contributor role spans healthcare data, finance, and strategy to transform data assets into actionable business outcomes.

You will own governance activities for Aetna data assets on GCP, collaborate with DDAT teams, and partner with business stakeholders across Health Care Business to drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or self-motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly from a cross-functional perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly.
• Advanced skills in SQL and data tooling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities related to Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist the Data Governance Lead in aligning finance priorities with governance activities.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align enterprise goals with Lakehouse data assets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Offer expert knowledge on Aetna data to DDAT partners.
• Create strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
