Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations to be the operational engine behind our Medical Affairs Function plan. You will own budgets, contracting, and procurement workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant execution of activities such as advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, and congress engagements.

The role requires 5+ years in Medical Affairs operations, strong project management, and knowledge of regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs operations or equivalent
• Budget, forecasts, purchase orders, and vendor/contract administration experience
• Experience coordinating advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, or contracted services
• Congress or large-meeting logistics management with vendors
• Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory review submissions
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Knowledge of PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, OIG guidance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational engine for executing the Medical Affairs Function (MAF) plan and coordinate with budget, contracting, and procurement
• Own contract workflow for advisory boards, including routing, fair market value, and close-out
• Coordinate annual/quarterly MAF planning, timelines, templates, and budget tracking
• Maintain the master MAF calendar with sponsorship windows and deadlines
• Track sponsorship entitlements and maximize opportunities
• Coordinate logistics for meetings with society/organization leaders and meetings with congress organizers
• Oversee congress operations: room reservations, registration, and vendor coordination
• Support production/shipment/tracking of materials with ownership of quantities and timelines
• Assist Medical Directors with MLR submissions and monitor status
