Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in mechanical engineering product development (industrial automation).
• 2+ years in a staff or leadership role.
• Experience in beverages and/or automation preferred.
• Robotics collaboration with software/product teams to spec and deliver.
• CAD-to-production capability with minimal prototyping.
• Strong timeline discipline and accountability.
• Experience in industrial automation or F&B product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development of next‑gen automated beverage platform.
• Manage a team of 3‑4 mechanical engineers.
• Collaborate with Software, Ops, Culinary, and product teams.
• Document design decisions and history.
• Drive design, prototype, and validation timelines.
