The State of Illinois seeks a Senior Manager, MCO Plan Performance, HCI & Duals Programs within the Department of Healthcare and Family Services. You will oversee MCO performance, ensure contract compliance, and drive improvements in care delivery for Medicaid and dual eligible populations.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to travel, and may require overnight stays.
• Overtime may be a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Serves as Senior Manager, MCO Plan Performance - HCI & Dual Program for MCOs in HealthChoice Illinois.
• Leads stakeholder representation and executive communication with MCOs and HFS leadership.
• Oversees performance management for dual eligible programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Provides direction as a full line supervisor and drives policy development.

Formation

4 years of college with coursework in health administration/public policy/public administration/business administration or related fields
