Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or materials management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience in a complex multi-functional manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work alternative shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds a positive and inclusive team environment creating a culture of integrity, safety, quality and performance.
• Escalation issues are addressed with a sense of urgency for internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure daily execution of the statement of work, measuring team performance against KPIs (People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
• Understand inventory management and control as key to meeting targets; manage processes and accountability for inventory holdings and reduction efforts.
• Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Lead production control and material management to support manufacturing plans and delivery commitments.
• Develop and implement material strategies to ensure timely availability of parts and resources.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including material accuracy, cycle counts, shortages, expediting, and excess control.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate resolution of material constraints affecting manufacturing flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve material flow and lean operations.
