Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or materials management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and team development.
• 5+ years of experience in a complex multi-functional manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work alternative shifts as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments, with demonstrable experience in planning and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production control and material management to support manufacturing plans and delivery commitments.
• Develop and implement material strategies to ensure timely availability of parts and resources.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate resolution of material constraints affecting flow.
