As the Senior Manager of Home Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Home category, both in stores and online. You will drive all Home campaigns and marketing activations, including brand launches. You will partner with merchant, site ops and editorial teams to identify and drive business priorities. You will oversee campaigns and seasonal messaging across marketing channels including influencers, content, display & paid social, CRM, Home Page, and Brand Social.
We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and strategic marketer who has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and is able to jump in and make an immediate impact. You will report to the Group Director, Marketing Planning and Strategy.
This is not a remote role. The hired associate is required to work from either our Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ office.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
