Job summary

United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & Engagement to lead volunteer engagement and events that support revenue and impact goals. You will design and manage opportunities for giving and volunteering, build partnerships with donors and community partners, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver successful events and campaigns on a regional scale.

The role requires five years of related experience, a bachelor's degree, strong project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least five years in related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong project management and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer engagement programs to meet revenue and impact goals.
• Design and execute events to raise awareness and funds.
• Build relationships with community partners and donors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Lead special projects and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Manage volunteer data using CRM for planning.
