Location: Remote, available from anywhere within the U.S.

The Opportunity

Whether developing standout designs, managing campaigns, or generating actionable insights, we’re focused on reaching the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to join our team as the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this role, you’ll lead how we measure performance across our digital marketing and B2B funnels using insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and connect our efforts to results. You'll oversee marketing reporting, analytics infrastructure, and experimentation to help us understand what’s working, what needs to improve, and where to invest next.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and manages two direct reports. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, data, and product to support shared goals. What You’ll Do
You will lead marketing analytics across our e-commerce and B2B funnels, ensuring access to the insights needed to support informed, data-driven decisions throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will:
Own and manage our marketing analytics infrastructure
Develop reporting systems and performance insights
Lead testing and optimization strategies
Support attribution, segmentation, and B2B funnel optimization
Serve as a strategic thought partner

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$125,000.
As part of our commitment to pay equity, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the salary band minimum and the salary band midpoint depending on qualifications, location, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
