The Opportunity

Join our impactful Marketing Team, where storytelling meets strategy to drive engagement and growth across all divisions of K12 Coalition. We bring together creative, analytical, and collaborative minds to shape our brand narrative, build campaigns that resonate with educators, and support both organization-wide and division-specific goals. Whether developing standout designs, managing campaigns, or generating actionable insights, we’re focused on reaching the right audiences with the right message at the right time.

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to join our team as the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this role, you’ll lead how we measure performance across our digital marketing and B2B funnels using insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and connect our efforts to results. You'll oversee marketing reporting, analytics infrastructure, and experimentation to help us understand what’s working, what needs to improve, and where to invest next.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and manages two direct reports. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, data, and product to support shared goals. If you enjoy turning data into stories and decisions, and you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You will lead marketing analytics across our e-commerce and B2B funnels, ensuring access to the insights needed to support informed, data-driven decisions throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will:

Own and manage our marketing analytics infrastructure

  • Oversee tool integration and data connections across platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Snowflake, Salesforce, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive data model that supports full-funnel visibility—from web behavior and lead capture to sales engagement and customer acquisition
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution models, and funnel conversion rates

Develop reporting systems and performance insights

  • Create and manage dashboards using Tableau or Looker Studio to support real-time insights for marketing, sales, and leadership
  • Conduct cohort, channel, and funnel analyses to inform budget decisions and resource prioritization
  • Establish a consistent reporting cadence for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews

Lead testing and optimization strategies

  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, email campaigns, CTAs, pricing pages, and user flows
  • Use behavioral and CRM data to guide conversion rate optimization efforts
  • Analyze test outcomes and partner with internal teams to apply findings to ongoing marketing efforts

Support attribution, segmentation, and B2B funnel optimization

  • Develop attribution frameworks to connect top-of-funnel efforts (e.g., paid social, gated content) to pipeline outcomes (e.g., demos, closed deals)
  • Analyze account-based marketing (ABM) performance and buyer segment behaviors
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and RevOps to improve pipeline reporting and conversion

Serve as a strategic thought partner

  • Advise marketing leadership on data strategy, campaign planning, and audience segmentation
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align analytics priorities with broader business goals
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and support data literacy across teams

Other Duties:

  • Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital performance optimization, or revenue operations
  • Demonstrated success analyzing both e-commerce (conversion-driven) and B2B marketing funnels (lead nurturing, sales support)
  • Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience working in data warehouse environments such as Snowflake
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, CRO strategies, and behavioral analytics
  • Fluency in Salesforce reporting and marketing attribution methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in clear, actionable ways for leadership
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Who You Are

You take ownership and demonstrate initiative – You are a motivated team player and self-starter, ready to contribute to your team’s goals with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

You are data-driven – A collaborative team player who enjoys testing, experimenting, and drawing insights from data. You leverage your understanding of digital marketing, emerging trends, and consumer behavior to adapt and make informed decisions.

You are a self-motivated and skilled problem-solver – Both creative and analytical, you’re proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. You adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments, continuously seeking solutions and improvements.

You are an agile project manager – You think and act strategically, demonstrating strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Highly organized, you manage projects effectively while responding to the business’s evolving needs.
