L3Harris Technologies in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management (Manager Integrator) to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting the RS-25 program. This on-site role reports to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering and coordinates across Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years; without degree 16 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge in manufacturing, RS-25 program, and NASA business office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work assignments to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Attend program meetings to establish shop floor priorities and drive production.
• Understand program financial performance and headcount requirements; align staffing with goals.
• Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Support site audits and drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
