Job summary

Sendero is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop managers and teams, overseeing complex client programs from inception to delivery. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape scalable solutions and drive the firm’s growth through business development and account expansion.

Work arrangements are client- and project-based, with a typical minimum of three days on-site per week at client sites or the Sendero office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting experience.
• 3+ years as a consulting manager.
• Experience leading large, complex client engagements.
• Proven ability to build executive client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Shape solutions and develop business strategies for large clients.
