Job summary

Sendero is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop managers and teams, oversee complex programs across delivery phases, and partner with senior client stakeholders to shape scalable solutions. You will drive growth through business development and account expansion, while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Work arrangements are determined by client needs and typically involve on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting experience with 3+ years as a consulting manager.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading large, complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build executive client relationships and support business growth.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, facilitation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from inception to completion and guide implementations.
• Shape solutions and strategies addressing scale and complexity.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership to project managers, team leads, and analysts.
• Develop high-performing teams and mentor talent.
• Drive account growth through existing and new client opportunities.
• Collaborate on proposals, solution development, and contracts.
• Build long-term client relationships and represent the firm professionally.
