You will partner with Architecture, Security, Application Development, and Operations to align priorities, drive improvements, and build workforce capability for future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is required.
• 8+ years in technology, infrastructure, or enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of direct people-leadership experience with coaching and talent development.
• Experience leading teams responsible for highly available technology services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mainframe Engineers and Infrastructure Specialists.
• Translate business and technology priorities into team objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership during incidents, production events, and recovery exercises.
• Promote disciplined incident, change, and capacity management practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service-provider engagements.
