Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in M&A tax or related field.
• CPA or Bar membership or other tax/finance credentials may qualify.
• JD/LLM/Master's in Accounting/Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead major M&A projects and improve processes.
• Engage with clients at senior levels to confirm project success.
• Manage financial analyzes for M&A practices.
