Job summary

Amgen is seeking a strategic leader for Integration Management within the Results Delivery Office to drive successful M&A integrations. You will direct cross-functional workstreams, ensure governance, manage risks, and align with overall integration strategy to maximize value creation.

The role requires advanced degrees with substantial experience in scientific/operations/business settings, and a proven ability to lead complex programs, influence executives, and deliver results in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience in scientific/operations/business.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated execution plan, governance framework, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams and manage milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on implementation planning and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and task forces to accelerate delivery.
• Drive change management including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Analyze information to map transformations and create implementation plans.
• Produce dashboards and executive scorecards for integration health.
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Ensure activities align with deal objectives and business continuity.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and decision making.
• Capture lessons learned for the playbook.
