Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Business Performance Senior Manager, Integration Management, to lead strategic execution of M&A integrations. You will drive governance, cross-functional alignment, and integration workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks mitigated.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate/High school with scientific/operations/business experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic execution leader within the RDO Integration Management team for M&A integrations.
• Drive governance, cross-functional alignment, and execution across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integration plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management, risk identification, and mitigation across programs.
• Present status, decisions, and lessons learned to senior leadership.
