Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a strategic Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to lead data analysis and AI-enhanced analytics for our luxury eCommerce platforms in the US. You will partner with business leaders to translate questions into analytical requirements and deliver real-time dashboards.

This role focuses on data governance, ETL processes, and collaborating with Richemont partners to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury eCommerce or digital analytics.

• Experience building dashboards and BI reports.

• Proficient in SQL; Python or R for analytics.

• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate questions into analytics requirements.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Build real-time dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Qlik Sense.
• Identify trends and opportunities; deliver proactive insights.
• Create self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests.
• Pilot AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and insights.
• Define data models and simple ETL processes.
• Present findings to mid-level and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HQ and partners on data governance.
