Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a strategic Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to lead data analysis and AI-enhanced analytics for our luxury eCommerce platforms in the US. You will partner with business leaders to translate questions into analytical requirements and deliver real-time dashboards.
This role focuses on data governance, ETL processes, and collaborating with Richemont partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of professional experience in Luxury eCommerce/Digital; Master's degree (MBA, Data Analytics, or related) preferred. You will have a proven track record in insights or data analysis roles, preferably within e-commerce or online marketplaces. You will be able to leverage web analytics tools, including GA4 to track digital performance, measure customer behavior and generate insights that optimize online customer journeys in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense, or Tableau); Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation; Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and data processing; Experience with light ETL work extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources; Experience using AI tools for analytics, automation, or insight generation (e.g., generative AI, Copilot, or AI features within BI platforms). You will have a strategic mindset and have the ability to connect data insights to broader business strategies and make recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes. Experience working with sales, operations, or customer data, retail, logistics, or contact center data is a plus.
