You will partner with design, development, and merchandising to ensure production aligns with cost, quality, and timelines, while driving process improvements and agile supply chain management. Qualifications

• 7+ years of global accessories production experience, with a focus on handbags and SLG.
• Experience with manufacturing partners across Asia and Europe.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong sourcing and production understanding is essential.
• Deep knowledge of luxury leather goods construction, costing, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain production calendars to meet business needs for handbags and SLG.
• Collaborate with design, development, and merchandising to bring seasonal collections into production.
• Drive cost optimization, lead times, and quality across the supply chain.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external vendors and manufacturers.
• Lead BOM, pre-production, and production readiness meetings to drive decision-making.
