This role is a critical end-user voice in the design of Logistics Data Products, and partners closely with the Global Logistics Business Process Owner (BPO) to ensure continuous improvement is grounded in real performance data. The role is also the reporting and performance lens through which Logistics contributes to the organization's broader Digital Transformation.

The Senior Manager operates in a lean organization — resourcefulness, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate complex performance data clearly to senior stakeholders are as important as technical execution.

  • Serve as the primary Logistics interface for the Data & Performance team on reporting design, data requirements, and dashboard development.
TMS Master Data Maintenance

  • Operate master data governance against the data model, valid-value rules, and validation logic defined by the Global Logistics BPO ; maintain master data values and enforce standards operationally.
  • Drive continuous improvement of master data quality; identify gaps, implement controls, and track data health metrics.
  • Partner with DTE and Role 1 on master data requirements for system releases, UAT, and release validation.
Annual Budget Planning & Freight accruals
  • Build the annual Logistics operations budget from the bottom up, structured by LSP, Disease Area, and Cost Center following the process and design as part of the end to end process.
  • Own freight accruals calculation methodology and monthly reporting to Finance; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track actuals vs. budget; identify variances, provide analysis, and support Logistics leadership in financial decision-making.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Logistics Operations to align budget assumptions with network realities and contractual commitments.
Logistics Data Products: End-User representation
  • Serve as the primary end-user voice for reporting, KPI, and performance-data requirements within Logistics Data Products;.
  • Partner with the Global Logistics BPO, DTE, and the Supply Chain SCORE team to ensure data products deliver the analytical capabilities Logistics needs to operate and improve.
  • Validate data product outputs against business requirements; provide structured feedback on gaps, quality issues, and enhancement priorities.
Digital Transformation — Reporting & Performance Automation
  • Ensures digital initiatives are designed with reporting and performance measurement needs in mind from the outset, inclusive development and implementation of performance-automation opportunities
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across Logistics; build the analytical culture and capability within the function.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Navigate ambiguous data and performance situations by structuring the analysis, presenting clear options, and driving alignment to a decision.
