Job summary

Fin seeks a Senior Customer Education Manager, Live Programs, to own the live training program end-to-end—designing curricula, producing content, and delivering the flagship Fin Academy Live event. You will partner with Deployment Services to tailor training for enterprise clients and work with Customer Education to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end learning experience across Fin Academy.

You will regularly present to users, admins, and C-suite audiences, travel for live events, and shape Fin’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years of training experience in SaaS/tech; professional services or customer success background preferred.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and best practices for live training.
• Proven content design skills with clear information hierarchy and actionable examples.

Responsibilities

• Own the live education program end-to-end with vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Design and deliver engaging live experiences: webinars, cohorts, workshops, and flagship events.
• Collaborate with Deployment Services to tailor training for Enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Education to maintain a cohesive curriculum across Fin Academy offerings.
• Iterate programs to boost onboarding, feature adoption, and customer outcomes.
