Job summary
Stoke Therapeutics in Bedford, MA (moving to Waltham, MA by end of 2026) seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Legal Operations to support the Legal & Compliance Department, driving day-to-day operations and process improvements in a fast-paced biotech environment.
The role reports to the VP, Corporate Legal and partners with Finance and IT to implement initiatives, manage budgets, and develop KPI metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of legal operations or related experience.
- Experience with contract management and e-billing.
- Experience with outside counsel management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
- Manage department budgeting, budgeting for outside counsel, accruals and forecasting.
- Develop, implement and maintain departmental processes and workflows.
- Support IT solutions and AI initiatives for the department.
- Identify and drive process improvements and KPI tracking.
- Handle additional assignments as needed to support the team.
