Job summary

Stoke Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Supply Chain Management and Planning in Bedford, MA. The role leads planning, forecasting and execution of supply strategies to ensure drug availability and scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in commercial supply, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong cross-functional collaboration. The position offers remote or hybrid work, with relocation to a new office as needed, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required.
• 8–10 years in Commercial Supply Management or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and distribution network strategy.
• Experience with planning and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP and DSCSA/serialization.
• Experience in launching new products and coordinating packaging/labels.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the commercial supply chain strategy from launch to steady-state operations.
• Coordinate artwork management and secondary packaging workstreams.
• Own day-to-day demand and supply planning and support S&OP processes.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, DSCSA/serialization, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop launch supply plans with cross-functional partners (CMC, QA, RA, Commercial Ops).
• Drive supply planning for clinical and commercial supply chains.
