Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Learning Systems & Enablement to shape strategy and execution of enterprise learning platforms for a large workforce. You will partner with HR Technology, workforce intelligence, talent management, and business leaders to improve learner experiences and streamline processes.

You will evaluate new learning technologies, use data to guide decisions, and prepare ecosystems for AI-enabled capabilities in a remote US-based role with compensation in the stated range.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience with modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
  • Ability to integrate learning technology across the enterprise for improved efficiency and learner experience.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating with diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Project management with a focus on timely and quality deliverables.
  • Effective collaboration skills to build partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Systems & Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution of enterprise learning systems and enablement initiatives that support a large, complex workforce.

You will partner closely with HR Technology, workforce intelligence, talent management, and business leaders to improve learning experiences, streamline processes, and strengthen organizational capability.

The position also plays a key role in evaluating emerging learning technologies, using data to guide decisions, and preparing learning ecosystems for AI-enabled capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
