Qualifications

• BS/MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related discipline (PhD preferred).
• Leadership of GMP analytical laboratories and people managers (managers‑of‑managers).
• Experience across multiple analytical modalities (small molecules, biologics, vaccines, plasma‑derived therapies).
• AQbD, risk‑based validation/verification, lifecycle management knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and regions.

Responsabilités

• Own operations, performance, compliance, and resourcing of the US Central Technology Laboratory (all modalities) and Japan regional lab (vaccines testing).
• Lead organization of lab SMEs and platform experts; build capability and inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Coordinate with QA/QC/Regulatory/IT to align on prioritization and technology plans; ensure lab work integrates with control strategies.
• Oversee GMP method performance, specialized testing, and product characterization; ensure quality and timely execution.
• Drive RFT industrialization of GMP assays; improve method robustness and support tech transfer with hands‑on execution.
