Type: Full-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible

Role Overview

As Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Enablement Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for developing and operating IT solutions that support RWE Clean Energy’s cross-functional business areas and initiatives. Your role involves serving as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding the technology strategy for enablement solutions. You will oversee product development, application management, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration using Agile practices.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the Enablement Solutions team, managing in-house products and COTS applications
2. Act as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders to define tech strategies
3. Manage a team of technical experts, ensuring Agile development and application management
4. Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to product roadmaps
5. Enhance collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and external partners
6. Drive transition to DevOps and optimize cloud operations
7. Reduce technical debt and insource IT functions
8. Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with security standards
9. Support modernization and optimization of the product portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, CSDP are a plus
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT solutions and digital innovation, with leadership experience
• Experience with platform solutions, operational excellence, and large-scale energy/utility companies
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience implementing Agile frameworks at scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• This role requires some travel and office presence

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $128,000 - $190,000 (varies by location and experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and participation in incentive programs.
