Role Overview:

As Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Enablement Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for developing and operating IT solutions that support RWE Clean Energy’s cross-functional business areas. Your role involves serving as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders, and defining the technology strategy. You will manage a team using Agile practices to develop products and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the Enablement Solutions team, managing in-house products and COTS applications.
2. Serve as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders to define tech strategies.
3. Lead a team of technical experts in product development and application management using Agile methodologies.
4. Contribute to product roadmaps during Agile sprints.
5. Foster collaboration among teams and external partners, emphasizing iterative delivery and feedback.
6. Drive transition to DevOps and optimize cloud operations.
7. Reduce technical debt and insource IT functions.
8. Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with regulations and cybersecurity standards.
9. Support modernization and optimization of the product portfolio, leveraging new technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, CSDP are a plus.
3. At least 12 years of experience in IT solutions and digital innovation, with leadership experience; 8+ years if holding a master’s degree.
4. Experience managing platform solutions in large tech or energy companies.
5. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and Agile practices.
6. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
7. Willingness to travel and work in an office setting as required.

Additional Information:

Salary range in Illinois or New York: $128,000 - $190,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. RWE values diversity and equal opportunity in employment.
