Role Overview

As Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Enablement Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for developing and managing IT solutions that support RWE Clean Energy's cross-functional business areas. Your role involves overseeing the development and operation of in-house IT products and managing COTS applications. You will act as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders and technologists to define and execute the technology strategy, using Agile practices to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the Enablement Solutions team, overseeing product development and operations.
2. Serve as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders to define strategic technology directions.
3. Manage a team of technical experts in product development and application management using Agile methodologies.
4. Contribute technically during Agile sprints to develop product roadmaps.
5. Promote collaboration across teams and external partners, ensuring continuous delivery and feedback.
6. Drive the transition to DevOps and optimize cloud operations, including cloudification initiatives.
7. Reduce technical debt and ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with security standards.
8. Support modernization efforts to leverage new technologies and eliminate redundancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree and certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, CSDP) are preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT solutions and digital innovation, with leadership experience.
• Experience managing platform solutions for large energy/utilities companies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Additional Information

Salary range in Illinois or New York: $128,000 - $190,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more. This role requires some travel and office presence. We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
