In your role as Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Enablement Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for IT solutions supporting RWE Clean Energy’s business functions and initiatives. This includes developing and managing in-house IT products and COTS applications, serving as the domain solution architect, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement technology strategies. You will oversee product development using Agile practices and foster collaboration across teams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Enablement Solutions team, managing in-house products and COTS applications
• Serve as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders and technologists to define strategic directions
• Lead a technical team in product development and application management using Agile methodologies
• Contribute technically during Agile sprints to develop product roadmaps
• Enhance interdisciplinary collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with external partners for application development and operations
• Drive transition to DevOps practices and optimize cloud operations
• Reduce technical debt and insource business-managed IT
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with standards and regulations
• Support modernization and optimization of the product portfolio

Job Requirements and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred
• Certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe, CSDP are a plus
• At least 12 years of experience in IT solutions and digital innovation, with leadership experience
• Experience managing platform solutions in large tech/energy/utility companies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and agile methodologies
• Proven experience implementing scaled agile frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• This is an office-based role with some travel

Pay range: $128,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on various factors.
