Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Israel & Overseas NJ team.
• Lead planning and execution of major Israel-related events and community initiatives.
• Develop and steward relationships with Israel & Overseas lay leaders, committee chairs, and volunteers.
• Staff relevant committees and collaborate with volunteer leaders on agendas and priorities.
• Coordinate with Israel-based team and other Federation departments for alignment.
• Share information and support allocations cycles and donor engagement with FRD and JCF teams.
• Represent Israel & Overseas in internal and community meetings as needed.
• Oversee departmental processes, communication, follow-up, and coordination.
