Job summary

Cinemark Holdings in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Investor Relations to lead messaging, prepare executives for earnings calls, and strengthen communications with the investor community.

You will collaborate with FP&A, SEC Reporting, the SVP Investor Relations, CFO and CEO to translate financial results into clear strategy, coordinate commentary and presentations, and maintain investor databases and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s is a plus.
• 5–7 years of finance, accounting, and/or investor relations experience.
• Buy-side/sell-side/consulting experience a plus; retail/entertainment background a plus.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to explain complex topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FP&A, SEC Reporting, SVP Investor Relations, CFO & CEO to communicate financials and strategy.
• Prepare for quarterly earnings calls with messaging and scripted responses.
• Organize investor conferences and meetings, including schedules and presentations.
• Monitor analyst and media communications; compare performance to peers.
• Track investor base changes and maintain the investor database.
• Incorporate IR leading practices and ensure SEC/Reg FD compliance.
• Identify potential investors aligned with Cinemark profile.
