Lightsource bp is seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Management to join the U.S. Finance team, based in Denver or Austin. The role focuses on financial modelling, portfolio valuation, and debt financing across the U.S.

renewable energy portfolio, coordinating with Structured Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and Engineering teams. You will deliver robust models, support financing transactions, and prepare outputs for leadership and investors, contributing to portfolio value and long-term

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project finance, financial advisory, or related field.
• Advanced Excel with VBA, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of project finance debt sizing and non-recourse financing.
• Experience building financial models for debt-raising transactions.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update robust financial models for asset portfolios.
• Support debt financing, refinancing, and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio value.
• Prepare valuation reports and outputs for investment decisions.
