The Senior Manager – International Security Operations will direct, oversee, develop, and manage aviation security professionals who: (1) conduct security audits of our operations worldwide and ensures compliance with U.S. and foreign security requirements; (2) ensure the Company’s compliance with U.S. and foreign security requirements including identifying and implementing changes to domestic and international security programs, requirements, and standards; (3) implement and manage the Company’s security management system; (3) build key operational relationships with the Department of Homeland Security – particularly the Transportation Security Administration and its foreign equivalents – to further our operations, initiatives, goals, and interests while advocating for United’s employees and customers.
Note: This is a Chicago-based hybrid role, with significant travel requirements (both domestic and international).

The base pay range for this role is $127,870.00 to $166,492.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
