Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks an International Accounting Senior Manager to own the close across 20+ international entities and ensure accurate, timely reporting. This senior role directs outsourced statutory work and partners with corporate accounting, tax, treasury and internal audit across time zones.

You will lead IFRS and US GAAP considerations, drive process improvements, and act as the technical authority on complex transactions. The position reports to the Director of Accounting, International.

Qualifications

• Lead international period-end close for 20+ entities.
• Own IFRS and US GAAP considerations, including ASC 606/842 and IFRS 16.
• Coordinate with local auditors for statutory filings and audits.
• Defend accounting positions with auditors and manage intercompany balances.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close for 20+ international entities and ensure timely reporting to US corporate accounting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations and intercompany balances; ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Lead balance sheet and P&L variance analysis; present explanations to senior finance leaders.
• Oversee cash, FX translation and remeasurement for international entities.
