Job summary

Axon, a leading safety tech company, seeks an International Accounting Senior Manager to own the close and reporting for 20+ international entities. You will supervise IFRS/US GAAP compliance, liaise with auditors and drive process improvements across time zones.

Exemplary technically skilled, you will lead complex statutory filings and audits, oversee entity set-ups and drive automation with AI tools. This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent (Big 4 training preferred) with 10+ years post‑qualified experience.
In‑depth technical knowledge of IFRS and good working knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue and leases.
Experience with statutory reporting and audits across multiple jurisdictions; liaison with auditors.

Responsibilities

Own the international close across 20+ entities, manage calendar and sign-off.
Review entries, reconciliations and intercompany balances for IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
Lead balance sheet and P&L variance analysis with finance leadership.
Oversee cash, intercompany, translation and remeasurement processes.
