Axon seeks an International Accounting Senior Manager to own the period-end close for 20+ international entities, ensuring IFRS and US GAAP accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate audits, engage with local statutory authorities and lead process improvements across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent with 10+ years post-qualified experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS with strong US GAAP exposure, including revenue and leases.
• Proven ownership of close across multiple international entities in a multi-currency environment.
• Experience with statutory reporting and audits across jurisdictions, with global and local auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for 20+ international entities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany balances and schedules for IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Lead balance sheet and P&L variance analysis and present key movements to finance leadership.
• Oversee cash, intercompany, currency translation and remeasurement processes.
• Act as technical accounting lead for non-routine transactions and document positions.
• Drive statutory reporting timelines, liaise with auditors, and manage local filings.
