Signature Healthcare in Brockton, MA seeks an experienced Communications Director to lead internal and external communications. You will develop and implement a comprehensive plan, manage editorial calendars, and craft executive messages across channels, including intranet, email newsletters and town halls.

You will partner with leadership to translate complex clinical and operational information into clear language, engage a diverse 24/7 workforce, and measure engagement to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related field required.
• Five years or greater of progressively responsible communications, public relations or journalism experience. Healthcare, hospital, public health or highly regulated industry experience. Experience with 24/7 workforce.
• Must have the ability to work nights and weekends on occasion. Remote work is negotiable.

• Analyze social media metrics and report performance.
