Job summary

Agios Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, to shape how we inform, connect, and engage employees and external audiences.

The role focuses on internal communications, translating strategy into clear messaging and building connections to our mission and patient communities. You will lead planning and execution of all-company meetings, partner with senior leaders, and support corporate social media and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 7+ years in pharma/biotech communications.
• Experience leading internal and employee communications in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for complex scientific topics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy aligning with company priorities and culture.
• Own planning and execution of all-company meetings and enterprise-wide moments.
• Coordinate in-person gatherings (up to two per year) including content, executives, and logistics.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging for internal and external channels.
• Translate complex science and business topics into clear, accessible communications.
