Job summary

GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering (Integrations Platform) to lead the team responsible for Public APIs, webhooks, Salesforce integrations, and partner connections. You will shape the technical direction and mentor engineers to build reliable, scalable integration experiences used by nonprofits, partners, and customers.

Candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area with an in-office requirement of 3x per week will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing software engineering teams as a people manager.
• Strong hands-on background as an individual contributor.
• Deep expertise in backend, distributed and event-driven systems.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, APIs, webhooks, and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building the Integrations Platform.
• Own delivery of the integrations roadmap and strategy.
• Stay hands-on in architecture reviews and design documents.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Guide migration to next-generation integrations while managing risk.
