Job summary

Ren is seeking a dynamic marketing specialist to oversee paid media and performance across multiple channels. You will own the integration of campaigns across paid, content, and earned channels while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and donor-centric initiatives.

You will maintain the campaign calendar and briefing processes, drive improvements to website conversion architecture, and build a KPI-driven reporting framework with a weekly performance view.
