Qualifications

• 2 years of regulated labeling, medical device, or instructional design experience for doctorate holders.
• 6 years of experience for master’s degree holders.
• 8 years of experience for bachelor’s degree holders.
• 10 years of experience for associate’s degree holders.
• 12 years of experience for high school diploma holders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Instructional Design Engineers.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of instructions for use.
• Manage priorities, workload, and resource allocation.
• Support external workers and contractors.
• Drive process improvement across the instructional design lifecycle.
