Reporting to the Senior Director of Institutional Giving, the Senior Manager of Institutional Giving supports the City Year New York Development and Communications team and collaborates frequently with City Year Headquarters. The role is part of the team responsible for securing approximately $4million of private revenue annually. Responsibilities include soliciting and maintaining institutional revenue, overseeing a developmental portfolio of institutional funders, conducting prospect research and cold outreach, and supporting organizational initiatives to drive student impact through national service. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of at least two days per week in the Financial District office and as‑needed in‑person events.
Full‑time position with an annual salary of $72,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending account, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, 401(k), and more.
