Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a senior leader to drive planning, design, and lifecycle governance of engineering projects for infrastructure, material handling, and container handling systems. You will ensure alignment with regional and global objectives, delivering within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, translate requirements into engineered designs, oversee vendor performance, and push continuous improvement across assets while coordinating with engineering,

Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in infrastructure or material handling engineering with cross-domain scope.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate sizing requirements into engineered designs and specs.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of complex engineering projects across infrastructure and handling systems.
• Develop as-built drawings for material handling and container handling equipment.
• Oversee project execution from concept to commissioning within scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, operations, and safety teams.
• Engage vendors, integrators, and suppliers to deliver technical deliverables.
• Advise leadership on strategy, technology selection and long-range planning.
